This is the scenario; someone in your family has died. You didn't kill them, they just died for whatever reason. And you inherit a vehicle, or the money to buy a vehicle. Maybe you didn't even know this family member had money, or maybe you did. The question remains the same either way: who dies, and for what?

I have by far the nicest car of anyone in my family, immediate or extended.

Not saying my car is great or anything, just that my family is small and they all drive camrys.

Edit: So they're leaving me money eh? Well then, this changes things.

CTS-V wagon. M/T. That's currently my most lustworthy car. I'd take a used one, wouldn't cost too much.

Other cars i'd consider:

Used Aston V8 vantage

FD3S with a nicely sorted LS swap

Used Audi RS4 (1st gen in the US)

My dad has a z3. That's about as interesting as it gets in my family.

My grandfather had some interesting cars, but money was tight so he didn't hold onto them.

I have an uncle, who I visit as often as I can (600 miles away), who has a pristine second owner 1967 Buick Electra 225 in his garage. White on white in white with a white convertible top. I think it has 23K on it and he drives it maybe 500 miles a year. When he was younger he'd prep the car in advance of my arrival and we'd take it out for a cruise around town.
